Abstrak

Abstract

This paper presents optimization of renewable energy systems using swarm intelligence algorithms. We apply particle swarm optimization (PSO) for optimal sizing and operation of hybrid solar-wind power systems to minimize levelized cost of energy while maximizing system reliability.

Optimization Framework:

  • Multi-objective PSO for system sizing
  • Real-time operation optimization
  • Weather prediction integration
  • Battery storage management

Case study results demonstrate 23% cost reduction and 18% improvement in system reliability compared to conventional design approaches.
